    At the heart of Ashtanga yoga's Mysore tradition is something most modern life actively avoids - the quiet, steady practice of turning inward. No distractions. No performance. Just you, your breath - moving, breathing, noticing.

    The eye at the centre of this design sees what we so often look away from. Nested in layers of sacred geometry, each shape holding the next, it's a map of what the practice actually does: it draws you deeper, past the surface, past the story, until we meet our truest beautiful selves.
